Thermal Spas – Day Spas
If the beach is the place to head to in the summer the natural thermal spas with their curative waters make a great excursion in the cooler months. Apart from taking a dip in the balmy waters you can also have a pamper at one of the luxurious spas.
The nearby town of San Giuliano Terme is only 20 minutes away and offers a luxury spa resort housed in a wonderful 17th Century villa. Visitors to the Day Spa can bathe in the waters and indulge in some treatments.
Cascina Terme can be reached in approximately 45 minutes by driving inland through some lovely Tuscan countryside. Nestled in the middle of the pretty spa town the Spa itself consists of both indoor and outdoor pools filled with the curative waters naturally heated to 36°C. The outdoor pool incorporates soft waterfalls and massage jets which offer the perfect remedy for any tight spots.
