Small group experiences

Guests of Authentic Tuscany have the opportunity to enjoy fun, hands on cooking classes with our chef Olimpia. Learn how to prepare, cook and present a typical three or four course Tuscan meal including making fresh pasta from scratch! At the end of your class you will get to sit down and enjoy your meal with a Tuscan glass of wine or two!

Pasta workshops for families and children

A perfect opportunity for families to get together and have fun at one of our pasta making workshops. Adults as well as kids will delight in mixing the ingredients, rolling out the pasta dough and making all those different shapes! At the end of the lesson the pasta will be cooked and you will all sit down and enjoy your pasta dishes together.
