Located on the first floor of what was once a Medieval Tower house, Casa Teresa offers authentic Tuscan living in a small Tuscan town. The apartment has plenty of light due to the large windows in all the rooms and from the bedrooms you lookdown onto the Medieval street below and across to your neighbours brightly colouredshutters.

An airy spacious room with a queen size double bed, a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space and antique dressing table.Views look out onto the Medieval street below and across to your neighbours brightly coloured shutters!
BATHROOM2
Located next to bedroom one. The room can be prepared as a twin or double room. Views look out over the Medieval street and painted shutters across the street.
LIVING/DINING AREA
A room full of character and original features with a grand open fire place which would have once been used to heat the apartment in times gone by, today the property has central heating, but the beautiful fireplace remains as a period feature.There is easy seating and a dining zone close to the kitchen.
The ceilings in this room are beamed and a large window looks out over residential gardens and terracotta roofs.
KITCHEN
The cosy character kitchen is small but fully equipped for preparing Tuscan dinners at home. There is a door which opens onto a tiny but charming balcony with views over the residential gardens and hills.
THE BATHROOM
Situated on a split level accessed by 5 steps the bathroom has character beamed ceilings.
There is a shower attachment over the bath which may not be suitable for very tall people as the ceiling height reaches approximately 1.80 metres.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
ACCESS & PARKING
The historic Medieval building is entered on the ground floor
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed by 20 steps.
Free parking is available in the village close to the apartment within a 5-minute walk
