OVERVIEW
This property is in the perfect location for those seeking privacy and tranquillity and for those looking to stay in a typical traditional Tuscan home.

The apartment is full of character and tastefully decorated with antique furniture and traditional Tuscan pieces.

The property offers wonderful views over the surrounding countryside and distant views of the towers of Vicopisano.

Appartamento Le Rose is suitable for 4-5 adults plus 3 children

KITCHEN AND DINING SPACE
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob (2 rings), fridge, microwave, dishwasher and TV. There is a large dining table and chairs for many guests.

LIVING AND LOUNGING SPACE
Part of the same space as the kitchen/dining area. There is an open fireplace, bench style seating and a small wicker table with chairs ideal as a games table or children’s dining space

GARDEN AND OUTSIDE AREAS
The farmhouse is surrounded by olives trees, terraced gardens and pine-forested hills. There is a large outdoor terrace with table and seating immediately in front of Appartamento Le Rose and an area for barbequeing. In addition there is a small hideaway terrace on the first floor overlooking the pool and a large pool terrace with a shaded area for refreshments or dining al fresco.

POOL
The outdoor pool usually opens from mid-June to mid-September but it may be opened outside these periods depending on the weather. 5.5m x 7.5m Depth 1.5m

ACCESS AND PARKING
Access is via a 2 kilometre non-surfaced track which winds up to the farmhouse; ideally a four wheel drive vehicle should be chosen especially if coming for the winter months, however a regular vehicle is able to navigate the track.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival from 4:00pm – up to 10:00pm
Departure up to 10:00am

There is enough parking for 3 – 4 vehicles.

Access to the apartment is via a ramped pavement plus 2 low steps to enter the door.
